Prices & Offers

General information:

• Prices shown attract a tourist tax of € 2,50 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.
• Prices are based on a week's stay with a min. occupation of 2-3 people, prices for a smaller/higher number of persons or a shorter stay on request.
• Electricity, gas and heating are included.
• For hygienic reasons pets are not allowed.
• As our apartments can be rent on a weekly base (mainly in high season), we ask our kind guests to arrive on Saturdays.
• Final cleaning includes the garbage tax and costs € 60,00.
• On your day of arrival check in is from 4.00pm onwards,(upon agreement, the apartments can also be made available earlier, provided they are ready for occupancy) check out within 9.30am on your day of departure.
• Children's cots are available upon request (cost: €5,00 a day).
• In case of damages we reserve the right to charge you for the caused damage.
• Washmachine upon request: 5,00 € per cicle.
• Coffee maschine and kettle are available upon request.

Cancellation policy:

• We reserve the right to charge you the full amount in case of late arrival or early departure.
• We look forward to welcoming you. Once we have confirmed your apartment the confirmation is binding. We therefore ask for your understanding that we do not return your deposit fee, should you have to cancel your booking. The deposit will be credited for a future stay in our house within a year.
